🔄 Customized Product Warranty

We hope you love your custom-made crocodile leather watch strap! We are committed to ensuring it feels as comfortable as it looks luxurious. If the lining leather or stitching of your strap becomes damaged within six (6) months of purchase, we will gladly provide a free replacement for those components.

To request a replacement of the lining or stitching, please reach out to our team at postleedyth@gmail.com.

Since our products are custom-made, we kindly remind you to double-check the length, size, and color before placing your order.
🛑 We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as wrong size or color selection by the customer.

📦 Order Acceptance

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation does not indicate that your order has been accepted, nor does it represent a binding offer of sale. It simply confirms that we have received your request.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time and for any reason.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded in the original currency.

If your order is accepted but we are unable to fulfill the product due to unforeseen circumstances, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
